Shipping:

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all subscription orders and orders over $35. No promo code needed, offer auto-applied at checkout. Standard shipping on orders under $35 will be charged $6.95 S&H. Offer valid on standard shipping to the continental US.

When your order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days to get it processed, packaged, and ready to go. Packages usually take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. Shipping carriers may vary by order.

After placing your order, you will receive two emails:

    1. Order confirmation email – this will confirm that your order has been captured and is being processed.
    2. Shipment confirmation email – this will confirm your order has shipped and will include tracking information.

Returns:

Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us via our email form or call 800-617-4220 within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged or lost in transit or that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

Please allow 10-14 business days after receipt of your return for the refund to be processed. We will credit the amount paid for the returned product to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. Once it has been processed, it will take between 5-7 business days to show up on your account depending on your bank.

Purchases made through third party retailers or sellers, other than armandhammerlaundry.com, are not eligible for return and must be returned to the location of purchase.
